For whatever reason, sometimes you might not be present when we are carrying out the work. We know this can be unsettling since you can’t watch the work as it happens, so to reassure you we document the process with photographs and email them to you when the visit is finished — all at no extra charge.
We also find that reports with images provide a much clearer way of explaining the issues, and if we identify any possible entry points or useful advice to offer, we’ll include those as well.
