We are also fully equipped to be able to deal with 99% of treatable pests at any time. No need to schedule another visit, waiting for that part to arrive.

Did you know that every service contract includes FREE CALL OUTS as standard? That gives you extra reassurance, so you won’t be hit with unexpected charges.

There’s no call centres here. Every member of our team, including office staff, are fully qualified, time-tested in-field technicians, so with a single phone call you receive reliable, friendly, expert advice.
As Quiet As A Mouse
Have you noticed anything different about the logo above? It deliberately omits the words “Pest Control.” That design choice is carried through to the uniforms our technicians wear on site. Many customers engage our services for EHO compliance and don’t have an active pest problem, but we also appreciate that the general public aren’t always aware of that distinction. For that reason, the same discreet logo is embroidered on our uniforms so your customers remain none the wiser during routine scheduled visits.
Digital PDF Reports - All At No Extra Charge!
Digital or paper handwritten reports — it’s your choice. Here at ProAction we always aim to provide bespoke solutions for our clients and understand that not everyone prefers fully digital records, so we leave the choice up to you, just as it should be.
By default, we recommend the digital PDF reports. They’re easier to understand, include on-site photos for clarity (sometimes pictures do really tell one thousand words), and are better for the environment. Also if for any reason the report goes missing, it’s easy for us to find it for you.
NO SET UP FEE
We’ve never understood why some pest control companies charge you for the rodent bait stations, since they serve no purpose for anyone but the pest controller and simply add an unnecessary cost for the customer.
At ProAction Pest Control, we don’t like this. Simply put, we handle setup, supply, and installation at no extra charge.
additional fees may apply for higher spec or custom made products. - but the standard version of all our products are supplied free of charge.
This does not apply to rodenticides and insecticides; we always use the highest-quality pesticides available across all plans, and there is never an additional fee for these products.
Bespoke Digital Reports
All of our digital reports are developed in-house, so if you’d like to tweak our existing templates, add your company logo, or design entirely new reports from the ground up, we can accommodate to your specific requirements.

Where possible we like to provide multiple options to suit our clients needs, in this case we can offer many different ways to pay for your service contract plan. This includes annually, quarterly or even pay per visit.
