Cluster flies get their name because they gather together to hibernate. In winter they form large groups in upper rooms, attics, and roof spaces. They also cluster around window edges and cracks to avoid the cold.

Silverfish and Booklice are almost certainly present in a property only where there is damp or high humidity. Addressing these moisture problems directly usually resolves the silverfish issue as well.
We strongly recommend prioritising these repairs and directing your financial resources toward drying and ventilating the property instead of immediate pest control treatment.
If you need a short-term solution while you arrange those repairs, don’t hesitate to give us a call. Keep in mind that even with pest control treatment the problem will likely return unless the property is properly dried out and humidity is controlled.

Mites are uncommon. The ones we most often treat are bird mites. They’re tiny—like a slowly moving speck of dust—often found on window ledges.
They don’t normally bite people, but will if their bird hosts leave a nearby nest and the mites need another blood meal.
We utilise ULV Fogging machines which fires an ultra fine mist insecticide which is needed for this miniscule insects.
